The shipping cost is reflected in the shopping cart. The delivery is made through the option chosen in the purchase process, the delivery time is between 24-48 hours after the actual payment of the merchandise. The shipment will be made with the company Correos Express.
The shipping costs will be free starting at 200€.
If you reside in Spain but outside the peninsula the shipments will be made by ordinary mail so the delivery time may vary.
For international shipments will be made use of the company Seur and UPS
The indicated delivery times are indicative. In the event of a stock breach or unavailability of an item, we will contact you immediately to notify you of the new delivery date or, if it is not possible to serve the product, to cancel it. In any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the deadlines indicated will not entitle the customer to demand any compensation.
Once we receive the defective product, we will send another one. In this case the change will always be made by the same article or reference. Only the first shipment will be invoiced, taking care of the postage corresponding to the return and new shipment. If you wish to make a change for another item, the costs of return and re-delivery will not be assumed by our website.
Custom product returns will not be accepted.
The amount will not be refunded or any goods will be reshipped until the receipt and condition of the product, packaging and accessories of the item object of the return or exchange has been verified. No refunds are made on previously installed products.
The price to be returned is the one originally included in the order (Less expenses generated with the shipment of the package) and the refund will be made according to the payment method made by the customer.
